I am about to start a project to sync weight data between sites.
To scratch my private itch, I'll start with withings.com and physicsdiet.com. Perhaps additionally, I'll create a way to upload previously downloaded backup data from PD.com. Would any of you be willing to help alpha-testing in the next few weeks or so?

I'd like to expand this to slurping in data from other weight tracking systems. For example, I use an Android app called Libra that uploads to Daily Burn, that way I can enter it quickly on my phone. Then I enter it on Physics Diet and the "real" Hackers Diet Online as I like the graphs that both of them produce. If PD could grab my weight from either DailyBurn or HDO, it would be one less place I enter it in. I think this would (for me anyway) reduce the need for an Android app as the Libra app is already pretty nice.

Pulling in data from common diet and fitness tracking sites might be valuable. These might include traineo, fitday, sparkpeople, nutritiondata, caloriecount.about.com type places. I'd wager many of the PD users also use those tools, and it would relieve the manual information transfer.
